My primary goal with each massage is to help my clients with their areas of concern, targeting the aches and pains of everyday life, while also helping them relax and lead healthy, active lives.

After six years working at a local spa, I opened my practice at Snider Performance + Spine on October 27, 2022, joining forces with Dr. Andy Snider to help Jonesboro and the surrounding communities lead a healthier, active life. I look forward to helping you move as painlessly as possible.
